Fab Friday 118 - Birthday Banners meets Foil Frenzy

Hi!!

Here is the 118th Fab Friday challenge. 

For this color challenge I played with the Foil Frenzy Designer Series Paper, which I love (but it's hard to photograph)!!! I paired it with the Birthday Banners set and Bunch of Banners Framelits. This is quite a bright color combo!!
