Fab Friday 185 - Get Well Soon

Hi!!

It's time for the 185th Fab Friday challenge.

For this challenge, I used the Best Catch stamp set and coordinating Catch of the Day dies. If you have questions, let me know.

I made this for a great guy that used to be our neighbor. He's in the hospital recovering from surgery. He loves to fish. I hope this cheers him up a little!!

Fab Friday 184 - Happy Birthday

Hi!!

It's time for the 184th Fab Friday challenge.

For this challenge, I used the Happy Birthday to You stamp set. I stamped the cake with black Staz-On ink onto Shimmery White cardstock. I then water colored the image using drops of ink refills and an aqua painter. When it was all dry I added extra sparkle to the big flowers and the cake stand with Wink of Stella. I cut the cake out using the coordinating Birthday Dies. I used the Stitched Rectangles dies to cut a Shimmery White background piece, and I stamped the Happy Birthday sentiment onto that using Pretty Peacock ink. I also used the Stitched Rectangles Dies to cut a frame out of Mint Macaron Designer Series Paper. I added the cake to the rectangle piece using dimensionals.
